Despite a year of interruptions, guest enthusiasm for BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park remained high with the caravan, cabin and camping facility taking out the People’s Choice Award at the BIG4 Awards.
Customer feedback analysis compiled in a ‘ReviewPro’ rating identified BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park as a favourite amongst travellers, topping more than 160 fellow BIG4 member parks Australia-wide for the 2020-2021 financial year.
MAINTAINING A GOOD REPUTATION
The win is an outstanding result for the Regional Victorian holiday park, which upheld its customer service reputation while navigating unprecedented government-mandated shutdowns and subsequent spikes in bookings as lockdowns lifted.
“It’s a real tribute to our fantastic staff and great news for the broader Bellarine community, [with the award] bringing a bit of joy in an otherwise difficult year,” says Tim Bone, owner of the BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park.

BIG4 BELLARINE’S BROAD APPEAL
The BIG4 marketing co-operative divides its accommodation sites into three categories, describing the BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park as a ‘Holiday’ member.
Guests can camp up on powered campsites, stay in cabins, units or safari-style tents, while enjoying facilities including an indoor gym, BMX track, flying fox and a heated indoor pool.
