For the second year in a row, BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park is officially the best holiday park in all of Australia by winning the ‘Caravan & Holiday Parks’ category at the coveted Australian Tourism awards.
Owners Frank and Lynda White, together with Bruce and Glenys Catto, are absolutely thrilled with this honour and recognition, against six other state finalists.
For two years running they’ve won Gold at the Australian awards and they want to send out a huge thanks to their passionate hard-working team, who always excel in every situation they are faced.
They are so proud to say that due to their forward thinking, resilience and adaptability, their team provide the best possible holiday experience for their valued guests.

The Australian Tourism Awards are the tourism industry’s peak awards and recognise excellence across tourism by operators who lead the industry by creating outstanding products and services for visitors, generating growth and jobs in an industry that contributes to the Australian economy.
BIG4 Deniliquin now have more than 10 awards proudly on display at their holiday park. Last year they were inducted into the NSW Hall of Fame, won gold at the 2015 Australian Tourism Awards, and in 2014 were inducted into the Inland Tourism Hall of Fame.
Background
As teenagers, back in the 1980’s, Frank and Lynda stayed in the park every summer enjoying their passion of water skiing. Over the years,
they saw the potential of the dirt based site with a few old caravans and tents and in 2001, together with Bruce and Glenys Catto, became the proud owners.
Working together, they invested many hours of hard work into their dream until the park emerged into the hallmark destination it is today helping put the small town of Deniliquin and the Riverina region on the radar.
