SEALAND THEATRE BUSHFIRE FUNDRAISER

When: February 1, 6-10pm
Open to: Guests and the general public
Kick in $10 at the door for your chance see South Australia’s country music legend Johnny Mac perform live alongside others including Carly Cracknell at the Second Valley Caravan Park and Jetty Store.
Then, purchase raffle tickets or bid on fantastic prizes donated by local artists. All funds raised will directly support animals and individuals affected by the devastating fires on Kangaroo Island.
You’ll also get a chance to brush up on local history with organiser Sealand Theatre, screening Songs of the Sea.
Strictly no BYO, with food and drinks available at the venue on the night; accommodation at Second Valley Caravan Park and Jetty Store is filling fast if you want to camp on-site!

UPPER MURRAY FUNDRAISER: RISE FROM THE ASHES FUNDRAISING CONCERT WEEKEND

Coo-Wee Ride, a charity that supports farmers and returned services personnel, is planning a special event for those affected by fires in the Upper Murray Region.
The charity hopes to host the Rise for the Ashes Fundraising Concert Weekend at Colac Colac Caravan Park; like the facebook page for news as details come to hand.
Access to the classic riverside park is now open via Holbrook with the Murray Valley Highway opening Friday.
COME CAMP AND CARE FOR BUSHFIRE SUPPORT

Enjoy a pancake breakfast (gold coin donation) on this mammoth bushfire fundraiser event at Airlie Beach in Queensland’s glorious Whitsunday Coast.
Spend just $39 for the family on a powered camping site on Friday Night with all proceeds made going to WIRES, the NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service.
Then, make the most of a fun-filled weekend, with a late 3pm checkout on Sunday for all park patrons who stay a second night! On-site, enjoy an Aussie-themed WiFi Just Dance Disco, animal park, two giant jumping pillows, tennis courts, a 32m-lagoon pool and more.
GUIDED SURF COAST WALK

Enjoy three days of walking and two nights accommodation on a guided surf coast walk. Your guide, Corrina Eccles, a strong Wadawurrung woman will welcome you at Point Impossible with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony in keeping with Wadawurrung tradition.
Over three days, you’ll gain insight into local tradition visiting sacred ochre and midden sites, with Surf Coast Park Group’s own ranger Peter Crowcroft revealing his own insights into the coastal region.
