Being previously owned and run by the Council, the decision was made to liquidate some of their assets. The Shire decided they wanted operators that could run a Caravan Park to enhance tourism in the Area.
Formerly known as the Warburton Caravan Park, Warburton Holiday Park has new owners who also own and run the BIG4 Inverloch Holiday Resort, They say Warburton is set to become a premier 
camping, caravan and holiday destination in the Yarra Valley which is undergoing significant renovation and construction.
Located roughly 70km from the City of Melbourne and 1.5km from the heart of Warburton township, this park inspires to be a family favourite! With a 4-5 year plan to re-capitalise the park, the new owners are aiming to make Warburton Holiday Park one of the Best Family Parks in Melbourne!
