Looking to explore the majestic Blue Mountains from a serene base? Why not check out Blackheath Glen Tourist Park. Camp or lodge alongside the trickling Pope’s Glen Creek amid lush bush a 10-minute stroll from the picturesque township of Blackheath.
From the park grounds, spot wildlife scampering into forest on a well-formed track into the Blue Mountains National Park. Or, simply kick back under shade and enjoy a lazy picnic barbecue onsite.
Take a dip in the onsite pool or the pond at Memorial Park.
The caravan park caters for large caravans and motorhomes with over-sized sites. There are ensuite sites available with cement slabs for fuss-free caravan parking, and lovely bush campground.
The cabins are immaculate with sizes ranging from two to three bedrooms. The park itself has lots of the amenities one would expect including a camp kitchen, laundry facilities, playground and free Wi-Fi.
What makes this park a winner in our eyes is its friendly staff and the fact that it’s on the doorstep of one of Australia’s most iconic locations. That’s hard to beat.
